United Nations Capital Development Fund Supports Small Scale Enterprises to Develop Proposals

The United Nations Capital Development Fund has started working with small and medium enterprises to come up with better business project proposals that can attract funding to grow the businesses.
Dmitry Pozhidaev, the United Nations Capital Development Fund regional programs advisor says where as there are many SMEs out there, they do not have anyone to advise them on how best they can write good project proposals and attract funding from government and development partners.
