MPs Want Law To Reprimand Voters

Some Ugandan legislators are concerned that courts of are failing to reprimand voters who have confessed before court that they received bribes from candidates. These MPs say the law is not balanced and are now pushing for amendments in the electoral laws that will see voters also jailed for asking for bribes from candidates. Our reporter with the details.
