Traders Back Museveni's Directive on Foreign Retail Traders

Traders in Kampala’s Central Business District have welcomed President Yoweri Museveni’s directive that foreigners should quit participation in retail trade. The traders are optimistic that the directive will reduce competition, and lead to economic development in the long run.
