Court Dismisses Petition against Kyabazinga Nadiope IV

The High Court in Jinja this morning dismissed a consent judgment between Prince Edward Columbus Wambuzi Xlll, former Isabalangila of Busoga Kingdom & Royal Chief of Bunha County Juma Munulo,Yasin Waguma former Royal chief of Butembe and Kamaga that aimed at legitimizing Prince Wambuzi as the rightful Kyabazinga.
The three had filed a petition before court challenging the Kyabazingaship of Prince William Wilberforce Nadiope Gabula IV.
