DPP Summons Baguma

It is not done until it is all done as the directorate of public prosecution announces it will prefer criminal summons against former Kampala Central Police Station commander Aaron Baguma if Police fails to produce him as directed by court.
This comes amidst public outcry on the issue with many labeling the institution as toothless and unable to carry out its mandate
