Court Issues Criminal Summons to Top Cop Baguma

The Buganda Road Court has issued criminal summons to the former commander of the Central Police Station Aaron Baguma following months of accusations and counter accusations between the DPP and police. Baguma is wanted on charges of murder. He is charged alongside car dealer Mohammed Ssebuwufu for the alleged murder of business woman Betty Katusabe.
