Court Orders for Baguma Arrest

The Buganda Road chief magistrate has ordered police to arrest Aaron Baguma after he failed to appear at the court over murder charges.
Baguma is accused together with 8 others including pine car bond proprietor Muhammad Ssebufu of murdering business woman Donah Betty Katushabe in October Last year.
The resident State Attorney Jonathan Muwaganya today told court that Baguma was not served with the previous court summons because he left his CPS which was his last known place of abode.
The resident state attorney then argued that it’s prudent that an arrest warrant be issued directing police to arrest it’s senior commander.
Presiding chief magistrate Jamson Karemani then ordered police to arrest Baguma by not later than 1st /Sept 2016.
