Solar Powered Internet Excites Learners

Government has started rolling out the solar powered Internet program in Schools. The program according to the assistant Commissioner in charge of secondary education at the Ministry of Education Kule Baritazale says that investing in technology will foster ICT integration in Uganda’s education sector.
