Muslim Clerics Murder Case Hearing

THE DPP has dropped charges against seventeen suspects previously accused of killing of various Muslim clerics in different parts of the country. This leaves Sheikh Kaboga and fourteen others battling four charges of terrorism; two counts of murder and attempted murder.
This is after the indictment sheet was amended to further drop two charges against the fourteen including crimes against humanity and belonging and abating the ADF as a terrorist group.
