Under Staffing Affecting Health Service Delivery in Bugiri

Poor health services worry residents of Bugiri district in eastern Uganda. Most of the district health centers are understaffed, face problems of staff accommodation, and lack adequate supplies of medical commodities.
Local residents are now engaged in finding ways of ensuring that some of these problems are solved for better service delivery. Richard Olweny was in Bugiri where he attended a baraza aimed at discussing the challenges in the sector.
