Civil Aviation Authority Denies Mukula Allegations

The Civil Aviation Authority has refuted claims by Captain Mike Mukula that the institution’s top management has frustrated efforts of potential Ugandans to venture into the air business.
Engineer John Kagoro, the director of Airports and security says Mukula’s remarks were out of frustration and that Civil Aviation Authority as an institution has international procedures that it must follow to grant anyone permission into such a sensitive business.
