Uganda Welcomes South Sudan’s Accession to East African Community

Uganda has welcomed the admission of South Sudan into the East African Community. Kampala believes the accession is timely given the troubles affecting the world’s youngest nation.
On Monday, South Sudan submitted instruments for ratification on accession to the East African Community Treaty, in Arusha, Tanzania.
