Ofwono Warns Tororo Teachers over Poor Performance

The Director of the Uganda Media Centre, Ofwono Opondo has warned head teachers in Tororo district about poor performance in schools. Ofwono is concerned about the performance of schools in the districts, and threatens to take on head teachers who fail to have a single first grade.
