Over a Trillion Earmarked For Childhood Development

Government has earmarked over a trillion shillings over the next five years for the implementation of the Early Childhood Development Policy.
The policy – due to be launched on Thursday by the President, is intended at improving children’s welfare as the country strives to achieve the Vision 2040 development blueprint.
