Archbishop Calls for an End to Condom Use Campaigns

The Archbishop for Tororo Dr. Emmanuel Obbo has criticized Government over its continued promotion of condom use as a form preventive strategy against HIV/AIDS.
Dr Obbo says government and its partners should instead encourage young people to remain faithful and delay early sex. The cleric says condoms were purposely made for prostitutes to control births and keep their business going. He made the remarks at Nagongera seminary Tororo at the closure of a five day youth conference attended by over 4000 youths from Bukedi , Bugisu and Sebei sub regions.
