Teachers Performance Report Indicates Teachers Lack Literacy and Numeracy

Government has admitted that the National Assessment of Progress in Education report that has found Ugandan teachers lacking in terms of literacy and numeracy is true.
Reacting to the findings on the floor of parliament, Government chief whip Ruth Nankabirwa said the ministry of education has started formalization arrangements to bridge the gaps.
