EC Spokesperson Jotham Taremwa on Commission's Readiness to Hold By-elections

Taremwa: EC is ready to conduct by-elections. We don’t have the resources but once need arises, we will write to government. As the commission, we did our best. We should be judged objectively. Where our officials erred, that’s up to the courts.
