The judiciary is training chief registrars and chief magistrates’ on how to use the recently launched visual audio system in adjudicating cases.
Even with most courts still struggling to get ICT systems, the officials are being equipped with the relevant rules governing applications of the visual audio system.
This allows court proceedings to proceed with visual conferencing instead of witnesses physically coming to court.
