Is FDC Dead without Besigye?

The FDC party appeared to have gone to sleep but received a strong rekindling as supporters welcomed Retired Col. Dr Kiiza Besigye from an over one month stay away. Now such re-activation every time Besigye appears leaves FDC under criticism that the party structures cannot independently survive without Besigye.
However though the party insiders agree that Besigye is the key revolutionist, they have long learnt to continue with programmes of their struggle even when he is not around.
