Rwabogo Raps MPs on greed

President Museveni’ son in-law Odrek Rwabwogo says the country needs to check the greed of legislators. The NRM mobiliser says the excessive monetary demands are stalling parliament. He calls for an amendment of the constitution to adopt the Israel system where legislators are elected based on experience. His calls come amidst heated criticism on the honorable monetary demands.
