Omutuuze Akubye Tumukunde mu Mbuga

One Kanti Rogers has petitioned court seeking to quash the ministerial status of Henry Tumukunde as state minister for security.
Petitioned together with the attorney general, Kanti through the Rwankafuzi advocates says Tumukunde is not supposed to hold any high ranking public office after he was convicted with utterance of malicious propaganda and he was sentenced to caution.
The attorney general has been added to the petition for failing to advise the appointing authority appropriately.
