Tumukunde Ministerial Position Challenged

A Ugandan identified as Kanti Rogers has petitioned court seeking to quash the ministerial appointment of Henry Tumukunde as minister for security.
Kanti who also dragged the attorney general, court says he failed to advise the appointing authority appropriately.
Kanti through the Rwankafuzi advocates says Tumukunde is not supposed to hold any high ranking public office after he was convicted with utterance of malicious propaganda and charged.
