25 Districts Lagging in the Elimination of Mother to Child HIV Transmission

25 districts across the country are lagging behind in ensuring that all babies born to HIV positive mothers are free from the disease. This development comes despite an investment of billions in the Elimination of Mother to Child Transmission spearheaded by the office of the first Lady.
These were revelations at the National Pediatric conference held in Kampala called to restrategize on how these gaps can be bridged for Uganda to achieve the End HIV 2030 campaign.
