Museveni Explains Rwakasisi Pardon

President Yoweri Museveni has finally explained why he pardoned former Security Minister in the Milton Obote Government Chris Rwakasisis. Museveni says his decision was guided by the Holy Spirit to save the life of a man who is now his advisor on security. Presiding over the 18th National prayer breakfast in Kampala, the President also explained why he expelled all the worshiping places in the Army and Police barracks.
