Journalists Snubs Parliament

The rift between Parliament and media over what the institution insists is bad press regarding legislators expenses has deepened after the editor’s in-chief of the three media houses for the second time snubbed to appear before the Parliamentary Committee on rules, Discipline and Privileges.
The media houses argue that parliament has no powers to summon them to clear the air over the disputed stories, therefore, advising parliament to address the matter in the courts of laws.
The affected media houses are yet to be given a last chance
