State Presents 4th Witness in the Muslim Cleric's Case

The Prosecution in the trial of thirteen suspects in the murder of Muslim clerics has presented their fourth witness before a panel of three judges of the international crimes division of the high court.
Dr Moses Byaruhanga, a forensic pathologist carried out the postmortem checks on Mustafa Bahiga and Ibrahim Hassan Kirya’s bodies and told court that these died of gun shots and multiple gun shots respectively. Dr Byaruhanga was however strongly challenged on the depth of his report.
