Vendors in the capital Kampala have of recent been a centre of discussion in the city as persons in charge of the city administration debate on their fate leaving the leaders divided on whether the vendors should or should not leave the streets.
This constituency of people being key voters in the city have frustrated the implementation of policy guidelines for Kampala as opposed to political gains.
