Studying Chinese Production Technology

Senior rulling party officials from across the African continent are in Dalian, China for the African Political Party Conference to discuss among others ways to strengthen their parties through economic empowerment and investments.
NRM’s secretary General Kasule Lumumba is leading the delegation from Uganda among other political party representatives from Rwanda, South Africa, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Ethiopia.
The delegation today visited Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group in Dalian, China.
