UBC Collapsing?

The country’s public broadcaster, Uganda Broadcasting Cooperation is said to be on the verge of collapse after it indicated to parliament that it’s failing to realize revenue to run its daily activities.
Officials of the institution currently at the heart of a land bonaza by different players appeared before the Parliamentary Committee on Commissions, State Authorities and State Enterprises during which another bomb shell was dropped..that part of UBC land at Bugolobi was sold off to one of the top UPDF brigadiers at an unknown fee.
