ERA Pins Karim Harji over CHOGM Transformer

The Parliamentary Committee on Commissions, State Authorities and State Enterprises has summoned City tycoon and proprietor of Imperial Royal Hotel Karim Hijji for the alleged misappropriation of 260million shillings remitted to him by Electricity Regulatory Authority to procure a transformer at his Hotel in Kampala during the CHOGM time in 2007.
Meanwhile before the same committee were members of Dot Services, private contractors who appeared before the same committee to explain the progress of their contract with Uganda National roads Authority
