Land Conflict Threatens Peace in Kyankwanzi

The misunderstanding between the top political leaders in Kyankwanzi district is likely to see over 1000 residents in six villages evicted from their land. A section of leaders accuse the other of receiving bribes to cause a forceful eviction of the innocent residents. The affected residents are now warning whoever is interested in their land, that they will not move if they are not compensated.
