ICT Permanent Secretary Hand Over

Government threatens to punish the newly appointed permanent secretaries who will fail to defend government programs in their respective ministries. The Information Communication and Technology Minister Frank Tumwebaze says in the past most government programs flopped due to unwillingness of ministry officials to respond to the media queries.
