Gen. Wamala Warns Soldiers on Rebellion

The Uganda People’s Defense Forces has retired over 160 officers of land forces at Bombo barracks. While officiating the event, General Katumba Wamala appealed to the retired men and officers to remain disciplined and refrain from joining any rebel groups.The CDF assured the group hose that have just returned from Somalia that their allowances will be paid promptly.
