Mixed Reactions after Shaban Wins FUFA Award

The reigning sports journalists’ footballer of the year who also won the ABSA Premiership and the CAF Champions League with his club was not the winner of the Airtel FUFA male player of the year.
Instead it was Onduparaka’s striker Shaban Mohammed who walked away with the MVP accolade ahead of the shot stopper and Standard Liege forward Farouk Miya.
