Legislators Slam UPDF, Uganda Police over Human Rights Abuse

Legislators have expressed concern over the growing human rights violations in the country. They have criticized the Uganda Peoples’ Defense Forces (UPDF) over its role in last month’s killings in Kasese district saying government must use tomorrow’s Human Rights Day to assure the nation its readiness to uphold individual and collective rights of all Ugandans.
