Drop Lining Procedure in LC I Elections – FDC

Opposition Forum for Democratic Change is still opposed to the election of LC 1 officials by lining behind the candidates. FDC Deputy Secretary General, Harold Kaija says the ruling party has a hidden agenda to disadvantage the opposition, as many voters will not openly vote against the ruling party candidate.
The FDC position brings more controversy to the LC elections that has so far been dogged by the absence of money and supporting regulations to have the elections.
