2016/2017 Budget, Is Uganda on Course?

Budget experts are concern that government may not realize what they set out to achieve this financial year, citing a cycle of unending economic challenges. The Civil Society Budget Advocacy group says despite all the money being released as envisaged in the Budget, the population is yet to realize certain priorities like hoes.
