Kadaga Wants Civil Servants Behind Controversial 'Golden Hand Shake' Petition Punished

The Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga has called for an investigation and the subsequent sanctioning of three civil servants behind the controversial petition halting a House probe into the 6bn oil cash bonus. In a letter written to President Yoweri Museveni, Kadaga expressed concern that the three civil servants’ actions could set a bad precedent in which courts freely interfere with parliamentary work.
