Omusinga Re-Arrest, Loyalists Slam Police

Political leaders from Kasese have in the strongest terms condemned Friday’s re-arrest of their embattled king Charles Wesley Mumbere, describing it as breach of the law. The leaders who have been involved in several negotiations with president Museveni to restore peace in Rwenzori region, accuse the head of state for what they say is acting contrary to the resolutions they reached at his Kisozi resident.
