UMEME Arrests Illegal Electricity Users

Police in the eastern district of Sironko have arrested over 30 residents suspected of using electricity illegally. This, as power distributor Umeme launched Fagia; an operation aimed at fighting illegal power connections in the Elgon region. Richard Olweny is in Sironko and earlier filed this report.
