Govt Failing on “The National Integrated Early Childhood Development Policy”

Government is stuck with the process of implementing its program dubbed “The National Integrated Early Childhood Development Policy” due to failure to realize the intended resources to implement the program. In a consultative meeting held in Kampala, the Executive Director of the National Children Authority Martin Kiiza says the program is bound to fail due to failure to allocate adequate resources to implement the government plan.
