Opposition Appointments, Is Museveni Weakening Opposition?

More opposition stalwarts continue to make their way on president Museveni’s appointment lists; from political appointees and now to the civil servants. After the surprised ministerial appointments, more opposition politicians from the major political parties have again been appointed to the ambassadorial role. In this report we examine, under what faith, the head of state could have appointed opposition politicians to foreign services.
