Aruu North MP Loses Seat

The court of appeal has thrown out Aruu North county Member of Parliament Achiro Lucy Otim and ordering fresh elections over what was termed as non compliance with electoral laws.
This is the first election petition to be thrown out.
Meanwhile at the international crimes division of the high court, hearing of the Muslim cleric’s murder case flopped yet again on grounds of a misplaced phone exhibit and threats to witnesses.
