Inmates at the Jinja remand govt prison have blamed the Judiciary of selectively organizing High Court criminal sessions with emphasis put to the central region.
These told the principal judge Justice Yorokamu Bamwine that this has left many of them awaiting trial for so long which denies them justice. Justice Bamwine was in Jinja to assess the performance of the plea bargain program in the area.
