Court Quashes Single Judge

The Constitutional Court has quashed all its rulings issued by a single judge setting a new precedence in the judicial system. Justices Kenneth Kakuru, Fredrick Egonda Ntende and Elizabeth Musoke, delivered the landmark ruling on Thursday morning that all interim orders issued by a single judge of the Constitutional Court are not constitutional and are therefore null and void.
