Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago Survives Lynching at Park Yard Market

The lord mayor Erias Lukwago and his city counselors have been thrown out of the controversial park yard market by vendors assisted by anti – riot police.
The mayor and the counselors where on a fact finding mission to understand the mass evictions of traders operating in the market so as to hold an informed debate to solve vendors complains.
In the course one counselor was arrested and detained; the controversial market has remained sealed off by police as no politician is allowed to access the market
