Simcard Vendors Protest UCC Ban, Call for More Time

Sim-card vendors have reacted to the Uganda Communications Commission ban by calling for more time before the ban is effected. The vendors claim they need sensitization by the regulation body before they are forced off the streets. We have more in this report.
