Experts in peace and security are challenging Uganda and the African union member states to use their numbers to push for a review of the mandate of the international criminal court of justice rather than plot to quit it.
They argue that most African states, have already reaped big from ICC and should not work to quit or else risk going back in the darks days of impunity and lawlessness.
