Jobless Brotherhood Castigate Prime Minister Rugunda over Sim-card Verification

Jobless Brotherhood have castigated the Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda for going against his own word on the issue of simcard verification exercise. Rugunda had initially said government would not extend the deadline set by UCC only to shift goal posts 24 hours later.
Norman Ahambisibwe, the known face of Jobless brotherhood likened the Prime minister to a man without a spine.
