The inspector general of police Gen. Kale Kayihura has vowed to stop all unregistered boda boda riders from operating in Kampala. The initiative is aimed at streamline the boda boda industry. Effective today all Boda boda riders will be registered by their nearest Police stations using the national IDs, to allow police weed out the wrong elements that have infiltrated the industry.
